1. April 2005During pregnancy, it is often hard to sleep tight. Sleeping problems are a phenomenon that often occurs. The consequences are not very pleasant. One possible consequence is a constant back pain during the day after, but the situation is not hopeless. Often the use of normal cushions may be the problem because they are not orthopedic. As a result, waking up in pain becomes normal. It is suggested to try if a maternity pillow is the solution of the problem. Maternity pillows are designed in cooperation with doctors and orthopedic technicians and intended to lower the pressure on neck and should muscles. It’s worth trying it: As you make your bed, so you must lie in it, according to the old maxim. With such a pillow you lie much healthier. 2. Das Kissen muss atmungsaktiv sein, sonst kann es zu Schlafstörungen führen. Bei fehlender Atmungsaktivität wird der abgesonderte Schweiss nicht abtransportiert, sondern erkaltet auf der Haut und kann einem so ins Frösteln bringen. Ursache für ein Schlafproblem ist zuweilen auch das Vorhandensein von Mikroben. Beim Kauf eines Kissens sollte auf die Waschbarkeit also grossen Wert gelegt werden, so dass es problemlos klappt mit dem Schlafen. 3. April 2005Today’s industry is highly technologised. Computers play an important role in processing. A short overview should give an idea of which machines are used in which areas. The mobile computer, to begin with, is widespread in warehousing and logistics. For industrial manufacturing, most of the time at least one industrial panel computer is needed. What are the requirements an industrial PC has to fulfil? Above all, there are simple operation and easy installation into the process; furthermore, it must be protected against dust, all kinds of liquids, dirt, humidity and vibration. For machine control panel PC’s are the solution, if a reliable 24-our continuous operation is asked. Modern forklifts and trucks are also equipped with computer technology. A special requirement to be met for a vehicle computer is an easy connection of various peripheral devices or wireless LAN or GMS/GPRS integration. For process control optimum display readability is needed. No problem for the noax technology touch screen monitor, which additionally allows interfering promptly. While thin clients are used for industrial server based computing, ruggedized computers are required for harsh environments. A rugged computer is especially designed for long-term operation in extreme production environments. Vibration, shock, moisture, water oil or dust is no longer an enemy of the computer. The newest development in this area: the single board computer.
